Any and all properties agree that Angel's Cleaning Services team may, at anytime, photograph your home to show space improvements and to use for promotional purposes on our social media. We AGREE NOT TO INCLUDE photos of persons, provide location details, address or names of customers.

We are not a “restorative” cleaning company. While we can clean, disinfect and improve a space from a cleaning standpoint, we cannot be held responsible for aging light fixtures or blinds, bathroom pans that are faded or otherwise called "maintenance free" homes.

We do not wash the patio except broom use when requested before budget. We do not clean sheds or tool rooms - carpet cleaning or grout cleaning, we do not clean walls.

Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned. Hourly charges may be incurred if cleaning technicians require more time if your home is not ready to be cleaned or if a job is underestimated due to the condition of the home.

• We are not equipped to clean bug infestations, bodily fluids, or extensive grease or fire damage. If our staff does not feel safe in a home or environment they will leave or we will remove them.
• PLEASE NOTE: If we are not able to clean the entire space due to the conditions, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning. 
• We do not pick toys os personal items, it should be picked before we start the cleaning.

Maintenance Cleaning Plans

If you signed up for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning we'll charge extra if you skip more than 2 cleaning in a row.

Cleaning complaint

Any complaint our company needs to be notified until up 24 hours after the cleaning time, we need proof/ picture of not cleaned spots. We do not reimburse any cleaning payment, we'll schedule to re-do the missing spots with no extra charge.
